The quick and easy way to get more 5 star reviews

How Much Time are you Wasting on Review Admin?

Admin is rarely anyone’s favourite job, but we appreciate that it is something that must be done. However, just because this is something that must be done, doesn’t mean it can’t be done efficiently!

How can QR Codes be Used in Marketing?

As we’ve discussed in our previous blog, ‘How will QR Codes be Used Post-COVID-19?’, QR Codes have experienced something of a renaissance over the last 18 – 24 months being, as they are, a rather elegant enabler of touchless commerce.

How Important is Social Proof?

Another person stands on a pedestal holding a star overhead, and the last person gestures towards them. A large screen in the background suggests a rating or review system.

Social Proof is a psychological phenomenon whereby people are confirmed to be liked by, similar to, or accepted by the influencer or wider society.

Why Review Cards Can’t Remove Negative Reviews

A common enquiry we receive at Review Cards is the request to delete a bad review. Now, this review could either be a genuine experience a customer has had or just simply fake. The obvious problem with this is that potential or current customers won’t be able to tell which is real and could easily believe a false review, regardless of how exaggerated it might sound.
